The award-winning Chef Zweli Williams introduces you to her culinary playground! Zweli's Ekhaya is the new elevated dining concept of our original concept Zweli's Kitchen (located at Brightleaf Square 905 W. Main St). Ekhaya is located in the heart of the American Tobacco Campus which sits in the heart of Downtown Durham. Ekhaya offers an eclectic array of flavors  that caters to all five senses. The uniqueness of Ekhaya takes your palate on an excursion of fusions where Che Zweli is modernizing tribal dishes from nations throughout all of Africa. Welcome to Ekhaya, The Home!

This will be her third restaurant in Durham, NC, and she's eager to bring enhanced Southern African flavors to those willing to be taken on an adventure to the Motherland all through the sense of taste
